Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their client's team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This fully onsite role is a pivotal position within the organization, focused on developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies while supporting various HR functions.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience developing and executing recruiting strategies while also supporting performance management, succession planning, employee development, and talent programs. This person should be comfortable partnering with leaders across the organization, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, driving workforce planning initiatives, and helping shape the employee lifecycle from attraction through development and retention. Experience supporting performance improvement plans, talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and learning initiatives is highly desirable.
